I was born and raised in Royal Palm Beach, FL. I graduated from Freed Hardeman University in 2005 with a BBA in Business Management. I began working as a State Farm Agent team member after graduation in 2005. I am licensed to solicit insurance in TN, MS, and AR, but my main focus is customer service. I am the customer service manager for both of Matt’s office locations. Making sure that you, as the customer, are 100% happy and taken care of is my main goal. I am a full time remote worker, but you can call and get me on the phone whenever you need me, and I will be glad to help you with whatever you need. I’m married and have a daughter who is currently attending college at TN Tech. When I’m not working, I love being involved in multiple ministries at church, traveling (I’ve been to all 50 states), camping, photography, spending time with my family and German Shepherd, Dexter, and playing sports.

I have been blessed to have quite a diversified career. I have done everything from leading corporate projects for a major worldwide corporation to working part-time positions where I have been a receptionist/administrative assistant, shoe salesperson, and bill collector.
I am excited to branch out into a new insurance career where my focus will be providing customer service to our valued customers. This is a great fit for me because helping others is one of my top priorities in life.
