I was born and raised in Royal Palm Beach, FL. I graduated from Freed Hardeman University in 2005 with a BBA in Business Management. I began working as a State Farm Agent team member after graduation in 2005. I am licensed to solicit home, auto, life, health, pet, and flood insurance in TN, MS, AL, KY and AR, but my main focus is customer service. I am the office manager for both of Matt’s office locations, 1864 Poplar Crest Cv, Memphis, TN and 7871 Farmington Blvd, Germantown, TN. Making sure that you, as the customer, are 100% happy and taken care of is my main goal. I am a full time remote worker, but you can call and get me on the phone whenever you need me, and I will be glad to help you with whatever you need. I’m married and have a daughter who is currently in OT school at TSU. When I’m not working, I love being involved in multiple ministries at church, traveling (I’ve been to all 50 states), camping, photography, spending time with my family and German Shepherd, Dexter, and playing sports.
